Returns/Refund Policies

If your ordered merchandise doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return them to Bare Necessities. Bare Necessities accepts returns within 60 days from the delivery date.

How To Go About It:

You’ll need to email customer service stating your order number, products you want to return, and the reason(s) for return. Once satisfied, customer support will submit a Return Merchandise Authorization form to Borderfree. On its part, Borderfree will send you an RMA email with information on where you’ll ship the returns to.

Return Shipping Costs:

You’ll pay for the return shipping costs. Kindly note that Bare Necessities doesn’t offer an exchange for any returns. Once Borderfree receives your returned goods, your refund will be processed within 5-10 working days. The refund will include the cost of the goods and taxes but excludes the original shipping charges.
