Returns/Refund Policies

Once satisfied, customer support will submit a Return Merchandise Authorization form to Borderfree. On its part, Borderfree will send you an RMA email with information on where you’ll ship the returns to.

Return Shipping Costs:

You’ll pay for the return shipping costs. Kindly note that Bare Necessities doesn’t offer an exchange for any returns. Once Borderfree receives your returned goods, your refund will be processed within 5-10 working days.
