Refund Policy

Glossier has a return policy that requires that you make all the return requests in their entirety. The products must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order and should be submitted by you.

There is no return slip in the products that Glossier ships out to you. Therefore if you want to return any item here is what to do:

• Send an email to gTEAM@glossier.com, the email should include your name, address, and Order details. After you successfully send the email they will help you to place the return.
• Another way is to complete and submit a cancellation form that appears at the end of the Terms of Use. Click on the terms of use at the bottom right corner then go to the last listed term of use and click here. Fill the form and submit.

The refund is done in full to the original form you used for payment. Everything is refunded including any cost incurred for standard delivery. The cost you will incur while returning the product to them is however not refunded.

If there was any promo codes or any other type of promotional or discount received when you paid they will not reflect. The refunded amount is the actual amount that you actually paid. It can take 5-10 business days for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
