How u-Haul Rentals Work:

• uHaul’s rentals are also a fairly simple process. They will contact the renter the day before their rental to confirm the details and make sure everything is correct.
• If the details are wrong, and there is no way to come to an agreeable arrangement for the customer, U-Haul will close the case and make a $50 Reservation Guarantee payment.
• They also make that payment if they do not contact the customer the day before, so if they don’t make the call, the renter gets a $50 payment.
• There isn’t much stated in regards to total refunds for order cancellations. All they really say in regards to that is to call the Customer Service line so they can help resolve your issue.
