Vista Vapors are usually proud of their juices. They feel that the customers will also be fond of the e-juices they purchase from them. On the same note, they understand that at times, the preparation of e-juice might be incorrect. In such cases, they are more than willing to offer a replacement immediately.
In some instances, your initially preferred flavor may fail to deliver the anticipated satisfaction. As such, if you don’t find total comfort in your e-juice purchase, and you would be thrilled to return it, contact the customer support team at support@vistavapors.com. You will be asked to cater for the shipping, while Vista Vapors takes care of everything else.
Take Note of the Following:
i. Atomizers are only returnable if they are unopened. Remember to prime the atomizer correctly before use to avoid issues. Read the directions for use and follow them religiously before utilizing any device.
ii. As far as broken mods (mod not turning on or battery not working) are concerned, you may return them within 14 days from the day of receipt.
iii. If your tank is not working after the 14 days, get in touch with support to give you troubleshooting instructions. The company cannot exchange items that are outside the timeline. Also, tanks with slight leakage do not qualify for a return.
iv. If you wish to return a battery, do so within 14 days from the day of receipt.
