Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order [which is seldom the case], you can return the product provided it has not been worn or locally altered. EShakti will either refund the purchase price in the form of the original payment or replace it with an eShakti gift card that compensates your purchase price along with the shipping cost and customization fee.

The item is accepted back within 30-60 days after its delivery. The refund is processed within 7 business days from the day your return is received by the store. If you want the refund in the form of the original payment, the customization fee and the shipping cost is not returned. If you have availed any special or promotional offer, the discounts will be deducted from the processing refunds.

The refund is applied to the same gift card that you’ve placed the order with. Or alternatively, a new gift card is issued. You cannot ask for the refund in the form of original payment for the items purchased with a gift card.
