Return & Refund Policies
Jos A. Bank allows customers to exchange or return items within 90 days of purchase with the original receipt. Exchanges and returns can be processed in-store or by mail. Refunds can only be issued to the credit card that was used in the original transaction. If a debit card was used, Jos A. Bank will attempt to process a refund to the card. Please note that refunds and exchanges of altered, worn or monogrammed merchandise will be subject to the sole discretion of store management.
Jos A. Bank offers store credit for items returned after 90 days, however, these returns can only be done in-store. Returns completed in-store require the customer’s name, address, and phone number. If the refund amount is greater than $50 and cannot be returned to the original card, the customer will receive their refund by check. Checks are issued by the company’s corporate office within 10 business days. In-store returns less than $50 may also be issued by check if register funds are not available.
